“Psychic” Sylvia Browne Exposed In Yet ANOTHER Web Of LIES, Amanda Berry Is Alive And Well. (Video)

Sylvia Doing What She Does Best, Lying...

Sylvia Doing What She Does Best, Lying…

Anyone that knows me is well aware of my ongoing mission to expose fraudulent psychic mediums who prey on the weak and grieving for their own personal gain. Sylvia Browne is one of the WORST, most despicable human beings on this planet. In my book “The Real Sherlock Holmes” I spend the first portion exposing the methods of such charlatans. Seeing as how I was raised by professional psychic readers, this is an arena that isVERY personal to me.

Ten years ago lowlife Browne told Louwana Miller that there was no hope of finding Amanda Berry alive when both appeared on The Montel Williams Show in 2004, a year after the 16-year-old schoolgirl’s disappearance.

She’s not alive, honey. Your daughter’s not the kind who wouldn’t call,” Browne told the grieving mother, adding that Berry was “in heaven and on the other side” and that her last words were “goodbye, mom, I love you“.

Ms Miller died of heart failure just over a year later during a battle with pancreatitis but her relatives have stated many times they believe she died of a broken heart.

Berry and two other long term missing women, Gina DeJesus and Michele Knight escaped this week from the Cleveland home of Ariel Castro, who had held them captive for between 10 and 12 years.

I Was Recently Interviewed By The Stormy Petrels; The Strangest… And Funnest One I’ve Ever Done.

stormy

Friends this was truly the most entertaining interviewI’ve ever been a part of. We quickly fell in and out of a more conversational format allowing for a plethora of verbal side stepping and witty banter. You’ll see straight away from the title of the interview, something is afoot…

We wound up chatting for countless hours. Soon after the lovely ladies over at The Petrels Of Crime went through what must have been the fascinating process of dissecting hours of rapid fire subject changing to determine the best snippets to include in this write up they’ve done.

Enjoy… ;)

What they had to say:

“Let me just start this article off by stating straight out that this was by far the coolest and most engaging, yet delightfully spontaneous conversation I’ve had in a very long time.  I really wasn’t sure what to expect with it, but as it turned out, we hit it off phenomenally well and ended up talking for something like seven hours. (We cut the call at about 4:00 in the morning.)  HamishMD was able to join us for part of this one, such that the first thing I heard when I opened up the recording was a tidal wave of raucous three-way laughter.  Yeah.  You know it must have been good when everyone was laughing hysterically right from the beginning.  It was deeply refreshing and an awful lot of fun.  It’d been a really long time since I’d laughed that hard, or that much.”

The Second Live Mentalism & Deduction Web Event... The Best Is Yet To Come, Save Undershaw!

imageThat’s right friends it’s time for the second live “Mentalism & Deduction” web event! For those of you who were able to attend my first live web event you’ll know that it went down splendidly and was a special experience not easy forgotten. I held it at the end of this years Sherlock Holmes Week as a way to wrap up the weeks festivities with a bang, and that we did!

Last time I released a cryptic riddle two weeks before the event and the first person to solve that riddle got to go live with me during the event and take part in a very special one-on-one experiment. The results could not have been better, Ms. Laura Anderson went live with me and the results were astonishing for all that witnessed it. Well, we are doing it again the same way, here are the facts:

This Sunday, October 7th I will be posting another slightly complicated riddle to be solved on my public Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/ILikeJoeRiggs. Only this time the first TWO people to solve this will be going live with me during the event to take part in a very unusual Mentalism & Deduction experiment. The riddle will pertain to the Save Undershaw movement in some way, shape or form. That is the only clue you get so keep your eyes on my Facebook page this coming Sunday…

Also, just like last time I intend to bring my friends at Sherlockology and The Baker Street Babes into this as ‘guardians’ so to speak of a prediction I will be making before the event, we did this last time and I can only hope for the results to be as epic as they were the first time around. I will be using every ounce of my knowledge and abilities to make this happen. I will be posting more details about the prediction as they unfold.

During the event I will be sharing some of my core methods and techniques with the viewers, answering questions andimageof course executing a couple demonstrations as mentioned earlier. The focus of this event will be straightforward DeductionThe Mind Palace & The Undershaw Preservation Trust.

The link to the live webcast is: http://www.vokle.com/events/76857-joe-riggs-live-mentalism-and-deduction-webcast. Feel free to head on over that and click ‘join’ to RSVP if you so desire.

Volke emailed me yesterday to tell me that I’ve been chosen as a “Staff Pick” due to the last events success. This time they will be promoting the event themselves and airing commercials for it from now up until the event goes live. We are all expecting a pretty big turnout, so mark your calenders, lock the kids in the closet and grab the computer Sunday the 14th.

I’ll post more details as I get them, keep your eyes on my Facebook page this Sunday for the cryptic riddle and I hope to see each and every one of you present Sunday, October 14th for an experience that will be fun, educational and hopefully… jaw dropping.

My short letter to Andrew Scott…

Dear Andrew Scott,

For the record I have never found any film Moriarty actually scary, brilliant or menacing in any way at all. He has never really seemed like what you would expect from the one man that’s suppose to be able to contend with Sherlock Holmes. Until you that is, your portrayal of James Moriarty is the only one I’ve ever seen that actually makes me feel like I’m dealing with someone that Sherlock would have to worry about. You went far beyond that, and you added your own thing to it, yet that is good. You managed to be lovable, funny, psychotic and you were absolutely terrifying in the end. There was not one single minute you were on screen that I did not move all the way to the edge of my seat and sit silently completely captivated. Thank you, Mr. Scott, for giving us a Moriarty that is worthy of Sherlock himself. The canon did, do not misunderstand, but when it comes to actors, none ever did that for me. I look forward to seeing your diversity in future roles. It’s clear you are capable of sheer greatness, and this strange Mentalist looks forward to all of it.

Special Guest Article: "Some Deep Organising Power" - Professor Moriarty and Doyle's Imagination

Friends, I am thrilled to share with you this excellent article written by special guest blogger Ray Wilcockson. In honor of Sherlock Holmes Week and The Undershaw Preservation Trust, I thought it would be great to invite Ray to be a special guest and write something fascinating and fun for all of you. He decided to write about Professor Moriarty and Doyle’s imagination, and the following article is absolutely brilliant. Have fun feasting upon this!

Nice PALACE, Sherlock! Mine Now!
I put all your PEGS in one basket.
Hope you MIND :)

Relax, Joe – it’s only me, Altamont (aka Ray Wilcockson), taking temporary occupation of your virtual throne as Guest Blogger in honour of Sherlock Holmes Week 2012 and the Undershaw Campaign.

“It is always a pleasure to meet an American” (ACD) - especially one who has revived a neglected literary form, the “trifling monograph,” with your new book, “The Real Sherlock Holmes.”

The literary letter (of the kind once written by Dickens and Doyle, Stevenson and Barrie) is another genre worthy of revival. So, my new American friend, I send you, from the homeland of Sherlock Holmes:  (follow link to read more!)

Live "Sherlock Holmes Week" Mentalism & Deduction Web Event with Joe Riggs!

Sunday August 5th, the last day of Sherlock Holmes Week, let’s have some fun…

That’s right friends, we will be bringing Sherlock Holmes Week to a close with some live Mentalism & Sherlockian fun! This event is open to everyone who would like to attend. I will be on video interacting with you via an open chat window visible to everyone. Whether you’re coming to interact or just watch the fun, by all means do stop by and tell your friends about it!

As many of you know from my original blog post here, I’ve sent two separate “predictions” out; one toSherlockology and the other, a strange phrase, to The Baker Street Babes. If everything goes well, this will all culminate in an amazing tapestry of events during the webcast that should be amazing and interactive for everyone. Special guests Luke Kuhns & Elena Kitzantides will also be present, helping to choose questions and moderate, etc.The theme is, of course, Sherlock Holmes Week. The purposes are: to have some fun, answer your burning questions, and to raise awareness for The Undershaw Preservation Trust.

Laura AndersonWinner of the “Cryptic Riddle Contest,” Laura Anderson, will of course be in attendence and will be going live on video with me toward the end of the webcast for the second and final experiment.

She, nor either of the groups that have been sent aforementioned “predictions” have any clue about what exactly I will be trying to do. This is as it should be. What’s a Sherlock Holmes event without a little mystery?

The event will be hosted by Vokle and users can attend on my blog by visiting the “Webcast Event”  page at the top…

The Cryptic Riddle Has Been Solved! Here is the Solution, Winner & Runner Up!

I am very proud to announce that after 48 hours of brainstorming, reading and re-reading the riddles, we have a winner! Over 300 people submitted their brilliant guesses and explanations behind them. However, in the end, only two people named the correct person and properly deconstructed the cryptic questions. Thanks to everyone who submitted answers. You guys are amazing!

Elena (@ElenaKSays) and I both worked hard on these puzzles to ensure that they were both difficult and possible. We put an enormous amount of thought into every line, word and phrase. The breakdown of the riddle and the explanation of the answer will likely surprise many. Yet, we must give credit where it is due…

Sherlock Super Sleuths! It's day two, this was meant to be hard. ;) The second riddle is here! Some, will crack this...

Over 200+ answers have now been received; most of which have brilliant reasons behind them, yet none completely fit the riddle/contest. Based on the most popular answers, and the areas with which people are having the most difficulty, we’ve carefully crafted the second riddle to be just as cryptic, yet to point the super sleuths out there in the proper direction. I’ve just posted it in the comments section of the original post on my Facebook fan page here: www.facebook.com/ilikejoeriggs
